It's mini season time here in the Florida Keys. Hundreds, if not thousands of lobster hunters are here for 2 days to catch those delicious crustaceans. Regular lobster season opens on August 6th. There's also a fishing report and some happenings down this way. Thanks much for listening!

My wife JoNell's birthday fell on Memorial Day this year, so we celebrated her birthday all 3 day in Key West and Islamorada. Fun was most certainly had.

Finally got back on the water in a big way. Three trips over the past week. A few stories to tell, some decent fishing, and a very special place was found with some serious navigation. Enjoy!

The Songwriters Festival is this week, so we are headed down to the end of the road. I added some fishing talk this week, and hopefully after the Festival I'll get back on the water. I can't wait!

The weather has been great down here in the Keys. A bit windy for fishing, but that makes for solid days by the pool soaking up the sun. The Spring Break push is over, so come on down while it's a bit less busy.

Yes indeed. I not only had the flu and recovered, it was quickly followed up by my first case of Covid. JoNell joined in on the fun too. But we are both feeling better now, and while it was a bit of a setback, we are finally nearing the end of the big move.
