Calvary Nexus Sunday Sermons

Here, we find some of the attitudes and actions inspired by Jesus’ greater love. To the extent that we seek to live these virtues we discover whether we’ve been inspired by Jesus.

The way citizens of a specific place live is influenced by their culture and community ideals. As we draw near to Jesus and spend time with Him, we should be known as citizens of His heavenly kingdom through the way we live.

The goal of the gospel (and of life) is to commit to Jesus, follow Him with growing faith, and become like Him.

Life with God is a life of faith. Jesus inspires greater faith. Your commitment to God will be tested, and as you choose to follow Jesus your faith will inspire others too.

The patriarchs were not morally or spiritually perfect, but trusted God to fulfill His promises; let’s discover how to live by (and die in) a faith that pleases God regardless of our imperfections till the end like the patriarchs.

Our greatest yearnings are to experience real life, real relationships, and real joy. This Christmas, we’ll discover the greatest gift, because Jesus satisfies those longings, and today we’ll discover how.

In the midst of trials, persecution, questions, and doubt, God wants us to have confidence in our faith. Today we’ll discover how the perfect sacrifice of Jesus gives us the assurance to stand before God and worship Him.

If someone doesn’t feel that Jesus is doing the job (or will do the job) they will be tempted to seek another deliverer. Yet, Jesus is a unique Deliverer, better than any other. So commit to Christ.
