Athletic Definition is a variety show that focuses on health, sports, and fitness-related topics. The show covers a range of subjects, including fitness technology, news, workout music and interviews with athletes. The discussions with athletes highlight their physical skills, perseverance, passion, drive, strength, stamina, training, and motivation. The show is hosted by Ray Z, an endurance athlete who has completed 62 marathons, practices Jiu Jitsu, plays basketball, and is a fitness fanatic.
