Health EN ↓ 32 episodes

Hi, we're Michelle and Jenna, two friends on a journey to living a better quality life. We're making lifestyle changes to achieve a long, healthy, and happy life and working towards the same for our families. We got more serious about making these changes after Michelle's breast cancer diagnosis in 2023. We are not medical professionals, but together we're reading the research and results among all the noise out there, trying out these findings, and implementing what we find beneficial. We are not giving advice, but want to share our journey with you.
