This podcast will feature guests that have created programs empowering youth in their communities and highlight those that are doing a phenomenal job connecting with this generation. Kirk will share concepts from his book "5 Powerful Tips for Motivating Youth" as a way to help others who desire to connect with the youth in their lives.
