It's been nearly four years since I've been gone, but now I'm back and bigger than ever. This episode is a rundown of what's to come, what I've been up to, and exciting behind-the-scenes show updates.

It all started with a simple pepper spray canister. It opened my eyes to a huge problem in society - the safety of women and women in general. As well as holding others accountable and what can be done, although there may be no right answer. Rayone joins me in front of the mic to discuss her personal experiences as well as how those experiences have an effect on how she raises her daughter.
