My topics will vary - a little nod to my ADHD viewpoint of the world. I intend to talk about my interests and how they can help improve my life and potentially yours. Yoga, mythology, herbs, crystals, mindfulness, energy work, divination and more could eventually make its way into an episode. Stay for what calls you, feel free to leave the rest.
