This year has started off awful - I feel grief and lost about my next steps. I also turn 30 this year which has added a lot of self-pressure to the mix of uncertainty and confusion. Yay! 

I talk about navigating difficult emotions and relationships, my knee (obviously), and also that I turn 30 next year!! 

This week has been exciting, nervous and all round consuming - welcome to my 'I can't sleep' thoughts.

I don't feel like celebrating Ramadan the same way as I did in the past.
