Rest isn’t just about gaining our strength, or practicing solitude, but it is most importantly about developing greater trust. Often times in life we tend to focus more on our behaviors than our beliefs. It's all backwards because to truly change how you behave you must first change what you believe. Our beliefs in fact help steer our behaviors, and eventually who we become. Listen in to the three things that believers can do to see them continue to become more like Jesus every day.

Leah McCullar is from Redland Church where her husband serves as worship pastor. She came and spoke a powerful message about how we are made by God, and for God. He has a purpose He has created us for and His DNA is all over our lives. She encouraged us to remember who created us and how God is always working on the recipe of making all things beautiful.
