Another Thursday, another film to be talked about. Join us as we discuss The Thin Man, starring William Powell and Myrna Loy, based Dashiell Hammett’s novel of the same name.

This is officially one of the longest film’s we’ve ever watched. We head to Italy this week to talk about Federico Fellini’s film, 8 1/2. Trigger warning: The film depicts depression and suicide and we do discuss them briefly. 

After watching this film, it landed a spot on Sarah’s top 10 favorite films. Join us today as we talk about the French film, A Man Escaped.

Today, we sit down to discuss the film that was Peter Dinklage’s breakthrough role, The Station Agent. Trigger warning: we do discuss suicide in today’s episode.

And we’re back… with not only another Russian film, but an Andrei Tarkovsky one. Join us as we sit down and discuss his 1966 film, Andrei Rublev.

This film has a plethora of things, including Willem Dafoe in a leather jumpsuit (no this isn’t joke he really is in a leather jumpsuit). Today, we talk about the 1980s neo-noir rock musical, Streets of Fire.
