On another summer episode of the podcast, we are talking England U'20s as they continue their prep for the U20s Six Nations Summer Series. We spoke to Hartpury's Eryn Sinckler and Loughborough's Carmela Morrall on their rugby journeys, the importance of BUCS and hopes for the Summer Series plus much more.

A special bonus episode of the podcast this week as we chat to Black Ferns duo Theresa Setefano and Stacey Waaka ahead of their return to the XV's jersey. We speak to the pair about their memories from the last World Cup, becoming the experienced heads and the growth of the women's game.

On this week's episode of the podcast, we spoke to England's Meg Jones & Wales Jaz Joyce-Butchers on the launch of the IDA x Guinness "Never Settle" rugby boot - the world's first-ever soft ground boot for female athletes. We speak on the significant step forward in addressing gender inequality in rugby, how important Guinness's continued contribution to the women's game is, and much more.

We hear from former Red Roses and Step One Shareholder & Ambassador Shaunagh Brown to discuss her busy life after rugby as well as reviewing round one and looking at round two of the Women's Six Nations. We also chat to the English and Scottish camps.

The PWR may be over for another season but we are straight into the Women's Six Nations! We are off to Edinburgh and York for round one so in this episode we focussed on Scotland and England. We heard from Scotland's Lisa Thomson & Rachel Malcolm, forward's coach Fraser Brown and head coach Bryan Easson. We also spoke to England's wing duo Mia Venner & Claudia MacDonald.

It's the big one on Sunday as we reach the final of the PWR between Gloucester-Hartpury and Saracens. In this episode of the pod we preview the final, with long chats to Gloucester's Kate Williams and Bethan Lewis as well as Saracens Emma Hardy. We also hear from Gloucester's outgoing head-coach Sean Lynn and Saracens duo Sophie Bridger and Kelsey Clifford.

It's PWR semi-final week, and in this episode we chatted to all four camps ahead of a big weekend of rugby where Saracens host Harlequins and Gloucester-Hartpury face Bristol Bears. We also spoke to Scotland internationals Anne Young & Evie Wills ahead of the upcoming Six Nations!

We've reached the final round of the regular PWR season and ahead of the Friday Night Lights of Round 18 we heard from the Saracens & Quins camp as they push for a home semi-final, as well as the Loughborough Lightning as they look to win the "mini-league." We also venture to the Celtic Challenge and heard from Edinburgh head-coach Claire Cruikshank and fly-half Hannah Ramsay.

On this week's episode of the podcast, we spoke to Lottie Dadds who swapped Exeter for Montpellier over the summer to join the Élite 1 Féminine side. We spoke to Lottie about how the move came about, her French language skills and learning off some greats. We also heard from all four teams playing in re-arranged PWR action this weekend.
