Part 2 of The Pits, Showdown at Stan Sayres Park. I recorded this story almost a year ago, in late Spring 2025.  This one might be handy for new members of the Seattle Mayor's cabinet.   In this one I talk about a teeny tiny regatta and the Boat Race.  Also surveillance cameras and guns.  There is gunfire.  Don't worry - no one gets hurt.
