If you wanna get big then start doing: DROPSETS EVERY EXERCISE - YES YOU WILL BE TIRED AFTER THE 1ST EXERCISE - WHO CARES - DO YOU WANT IT?! Start eating more too ya lil baby..

I've known this man for basically my entire life. 4th grade we sat next to each other and were inseparable ever since. Loved getting to talk to him about real shit and see how far we've gone in this life.

Rate & Follow! This book may be the greatest "self-help" book out there and it was written in 1938, but published in 2011!!!!! Think of that while you listen to the book. It is intense.  I cannot recommend this book enough, you can find it on Youtube if you want it free, you will miss out on the 4 intro chapters, but the Interview is the most important part.
