Death is a favor to us,But our scales have lost their balance. The impermanence of the bodyShould give us great clarity,Deepening the wonder in our senses and eyes Of this mysterious existence we shareAnd are surely just traveling through. If I were in the Tavern tonight,Hafiz would call for drinks And as the Master poured, I would be remindedThat all I know of life and myself is that We are just...

Whatever is going on with you in any moment you are a being of such love, please know that!…. of all your days and of your nights. I...

You may have noticed that I prefer to communicate from my heart to yours through music. The resonance and tone of the music conveys what I want to say. We all respond to the tone of what is being said primarily rather than the actual words. A mother might say to her teenage daughter, don’t speak to me in that tone, she is reacting to the resonance, more deeply than words by themselves could possib...

These elements were flung into space as dust and gas (stardust). Eventually, they co...
