We all have our ups and downs, this is me being transparent about mine! these are inherently my struggles, my pain, my thoughts! hopefully listening to them give you some peace of mind knowing that your not alone!

Giving yourself grace is the much needed breath of fresh air we all need! you have come so far as an individual to allow yourself to faulter to the old version of you! you have grown, so learn to trust the version of yourself that got you out of that situation not the version of yourself that was going through it!

THIS WAS AN AMZING YEAR AND ONE FOR THE BOOKS!! SO MUCH GROWTH HAPPEND THIS YEAR. THIS IS A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED ME ALONG THE WAY! I LOVE YOU ALL!!

Wake up and understand your feelings, were all human and we feel certain things that our unique to us as individuals. we deserve the opportunity to explore the complexity of our emotions. go ahead and sit back and learn to embrace your emotions as we have a much-needed conversation about our feelings.
