I decided to start this podcast, because I grew up with a mother with many addictions, I ended up with an ex-husband with many addictions, and currently trying to raise my children and trying to break the cycle. While I don't feel like I have many addictions, I do like to drink. I do like to smoke. But I don't let it rule my life and I learned at an early age that unfortunately that's just not the case.
