Have you ever been in a season where it seems like one thing after the other? If it isn’t one thing it’s another? Have you been waiting for your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? I mean there Hass to be something good coming from the storm, right? I want to offer you a little encouragement. Your testimony is getting richer. Know that you aren’t going through the storm alone ❤️

Sometimes we can operate so deep in imposter syndrome that we can’t even except a complement. No matter how much work you’ve done someone else acknowledging something that you are insecure about creates space for deflection or overcompensation. In this episode, I shared a little about how I have been managing compliments in this season, while still attempting to overcome imposter syndrome.

Sometimes we lose our sense of self. Getting back to those things that allow us room to become self aware can be challenging. Confidence is something that can be built. Once you find your identity in Christ, you know who you are and how to operate moving forward, your self-esteem plays a big part in the health of your relationships

Sometimes we move into seasons, where we feel like we are being crushed. We are likely in the Potters hands. In this episode, I talk about how important it is to allow God to be God in your life. Our mistakes make us who we are. There’s a lesson for us to learn. Listen is by share my personal experience.

We judge our actions based off of our intentions. We judge others intentions based off of their actions… 💭

Intentionality and expectations are both necessary. It’s okay to set expectations in the dating phase, it gives you solid ground.

I know I am not the only one who gets asked so when are you going to have children? Who is to say that I even want children? This episode expresses a little bit about how I feel when being asked that question. Because, by whose standards?

Trust your process. It isn’t going to happen overnight.

In this season of my life, I am embracing all new things. If it takes me out of my comfort zone, I WANT IN!

Its hard to shift your mindset when you are your own worst critic. When you change your prospective, you change your life.

The world is shitty enough, we don’t need to be shitty people. In this episode, I reflected beyond myself. We all are facing adversity and rather than confine ourselves we need to help others 💕

Once we reach the point of self awakening, we have to unlearn everything about who we perceive ourselves to be. We are greater. Becoming aware of my reactions help me reshape my responses and the way I choose to show up in the world. Just a woman, figuring it out 💕🤷🏽‍♀️
