Senior Year Reflecting and Goal Setting... 05.10.2026

When you set a goal, you intend to go from Point A to Point B. But why is it that Point B can bring so much unhappiness, or even if there is happiness, only a glimpse of it? Getting to Point B seems like an "All or Nothing" to some people. It stops us from seeing all the other points that we achieved along the way. And sometimes we fail to recognize that maybe Point B wasn't really what you wanted...

Adults FX and Adulting... 14.09.2026

I finally watched Adults this past weekend while at home, and I don't know why I didn't watch it sooner...But I also wondered how I was able to watch two full seasons of a show when I always say there isn't enough time to watch TV. It was this act of feeling like a kid again in my childhood bedroom while watching TV that led me to this spiral and connection between the show and adulting...

What do YOU actually want? 24.08.2026

I feel stuck and I can't figure out why. I don't know what I want. Over the past couple months I've been feeling sort of unfulfilled with the creative work that I'm doing in the space of content and I've been having this urge to create more. I want to try creative direction, I want to modeling, I want to try directing a short film. Things like that have been piquing my interest and I feel like tha...

My fashion interests right now... 17.08.2026

Lots of things happening in fashion right now... and things have been catching my eye! From ballet flats to utility belts, the world is our oyster when it comes to fashion. So let's dive in and see what has been piquing my interest, and could potentially interest you as well...

The Creative Confidence Loop 04.08.2026

I think we've been taught confidence wrong. We always say we'll start that thing when feel like we're confidence enough to do it, but we should gain the courage to just start it, and then gain the confidence after. It's taking that first leap, that first step, that first risk, and then each time it gets easier and easier.

Meeting Someone Twice 21.07.2026

Do you think it's possible to meet someone twice? Have you ever met someone twice? I think the concept is a pretty fun one to dissect and can totally get you thinking. With a lot of change comes a lot of personal growth and development, and in a way creates these different versions of you... so does that mean we meet people as different versions of ourselves?

What does it mean to be a Culture-Maker? 03.07.2026

I've been hearing this word a lot and honestly gravitating towards it more and more... so I really took some time to think okay what does this word actually mean and how can I become one myself..? For any creative out there, I know we all want to make an impact with our work, so how can we actually become Culture-Makers??

3 pieces of advice that I'm taking into my 20s... 29.06.2026

Its been a minute... a lot of change happening and adapting to a new lifestyle, but in all honestly I absolutely love it. This past week at work I had a lot of coffee chats and three conversations really stood out to me with the advice that they gave me. I will say they have been said before, not entirely new, but I do think hearing it from the perspective of someone who has built their career in...

The week I stopped trying to do everything before 8 a.m..... 22.06.2026

I've been getting into a new routine lately and with that new routine has come gyming in the evenings instead of the mornings. I feel less rushed, I feel more calm, and I can have a somewhat slower morning. It got me thinking about the importance of slowing down and avoiding burnout from choosing to be a bit more present.

Just think of this podcast like a FaceTime call... 08.06.2026

This one's a bit more random... not too much introspective thinking... a whole lot of rambling LOL

Navigating through sexuality, Asian American LGBTQ+ experience, and how I am choosing to live authentically 01.06.2026

Happy Pride Month! That's all.

Why you should be a 2 Percenter... 26.05.2026

I came across a video that talked about how comfort kills and ever since then I haven't stopped thinking about my own comfort. These past couple of weeks I've been mentally dealing with a lot, but I have no explanation as to why... but what I do know is that it is uncomfortable...and I need that. Sometimes we all need a little of discomfort in our lives to help us grow. That's what being a 2 Perce...

Why do I feel like I can't fully process things... 18.05.2026

Maybe I'm just at a weird moment in my life? The other day I was getting ready for school and then I just broke down crying, and to be honest, I couldn't really pinpoint why I was crying. But I think that's the reason why...I felt like I had no time to process emotions and events. And so I think it was this moment of realization that I didn't take any time to sit with myself and my thoughts and tr...

Breaking the Stigma: Mental Health Awareness Month! 11.05.2026

May is for Mental Health Awareness (and AAPI too!) so let's break the stigma and continue to talk about it. Every podcast, every discussion, every vulnerable conversation about mental health allows it to become more normalized in society. Mental health has been such an important aspect to my upbringing and I want to continue sharing that story. There is and should never be any shame to ask for hel...

I'm about to throw up at Pho 79; taking life less seriously... 04.05.2026

I need to live a little. I need to experience the human condition. I was in the car with my friend the other day and she said I need to take life a little less serious in some aspects of my life. I immediately agreed. It was almost like I was waiting for someone to actually say it. Anyways, there was really no structure or research going into this podcast, just purely talking about a decision to t...

Your hobbies are that serious... (ft. Joseph Tom) 27.04.2026

My first guest podcast!!! Joseph has been a really great friend of mine since I got to college and has been a guiding mentor for me throughout my personal and professional career. He's in town and we were starting to talk about our hobbies and spontaneously decided to record this weeks podcast together! Give it a listen and hope you enjoy.

Why you should get more silly... 17.04.2026

Such a great podcast topic requested by my friend! I definitely think being silly has been geared towards more negative sentiments lately, but it's time to be more silly. We don't have to take everything so seriously in our lives. We don't need to put so much weight on every little decision we make. Being silly proves its benefits and I couldn't agree more.

Every self-starter has this trait... 13.04.2026

From what I've learned, the most successful entrepreneurs, self-starters, and people that take initiative all have one thing in common. They have unwavering optimism. These types of people take risks, and put themselves in situations that don't always have a clear path. But what keeps them going? Optimism. That small glimpse of hopefulness that they grab onto that develops into resilience through...

My issue with control... 06.04.2026

I really like to drive... but maybe there's actually more to it? I recognize that I might have a problem with internal control. Controlling everything that I have the possibility of influencing so that it can create the best outcomes. But at what point does that become more harmful than helpful? And why do I always feel the need to control those things at a level of perfection? Kinda deep I know.....

I've taken things for granted... 30.03.2026

This past weekend I went on a road trip to along the coast to Monterey! And I had some moments of realization that I've been taking things for granted this past quarter. With all things school, recruiting, content, and just trying to make it in life, I've definitely overlooked the value and importance of some of these things. I have taken them for granted, but now I want to make sure that I contin...

I still feel guilty when resting... 23.03.2026

So I'm on Spring Break, and I've been doing absolutely nothing for a couple of days... and for some reason I feel guilty for resting. The feelings have definitely not been as strong as before, but they started to trickle back, which is why I felt inclined to make this the podcast topic for the week. Anyways, I did a little dive into why we feel this way and how we can grow from it! Enjoy :)

Nobody tells you in your 20s... 16.03.2026

Introspective thinking. Figuring stuff out in your 20s. This is purely a rant to serve as a little stress reliever about the things that I've been thinking about. Maybe you relate? Maybe you don't? That is okay, because that's the nature of the 20s.

I only listened to one song every morning this week... 08.03.2026

And that song was "Ring My Bell" by Anita Ward. Known in casino folklore for granting too many wins, and actually banned from being played on the casino floors had me curious. How would it affect my week if I decided to listen to it too?

Neuroplasticity... I guess it's been happening this whole time...? 04.03.2026

I recently came across this term neuroplasticity and got really intrigued by it. I guess this is the word that explains what I've been doing with my mindset shifts? Anyways, hope you learn something from this!

Just be unbothered... 23.02.2026

I recently was sent this audiobook by one of my best friends on how to be unbothered and I thought to myself... wow I need to talk about this, spread it to the masses, and make a podcast . So I did lol. Give it a listen, I think you will enjoy!
