The Roots podcast was created for the purpose of breaking down barriers within the sports performance field, bringing departments together in one format, and giving professionals the opportunity to express who they are behind their name. In addition, It will share how professionals in athletics play a role in developing the next generation of athletes based on their discipline. The vision is to develop a network of information, staff, and connections that can help athletic departments grow as a unit vs. working in silos.
