So after talking with my baby about college choices and hearing her fears around moving forward, I had to pull out some nuggets of wisdom for her and for you!

Sometimes life can feel like it's taking forever to get to "the end" I don't mean death, I mean that end goal, that vision you have for yourself, your career, your family, your finances, all that. Well what I'm learning is sometimes we need to flip our perspectives and look at the race.....

Have you ever felt like your season of growth is a moment of mourning? because SAME. So let's talk about it because there must be a death of our old ways in order to step into the birth of the next level version of us....

God's been showing and confirming some things to me about this part of my journey and things that may help you if you may be finding yourself in the unknown.

So many of us have asked the question "why me?" or "Why couldn't that be me?" I spent some time going over these thoughts with my team and we decided to start asking "Why not You?!"! Because truth is, you have everything inside you that you need to be the BEST version of you and do the thing YOU were crated to do!

This may step on toes, like it did mine, but growth is uncomfortable right?! So let's get to it.

I just wanted to keep it real with you on how and why I keep pushing in hopes that you stay encouraged to do the same.

We are our biggest competition and critics, so let's bust up the doubt and step into our power!

When you see someone that us strong powerful & confident, I can assure you that their is a story of struggle attached to it.

We have what we need inside us already to push through the storms and come out on solid ground! Let's use them

This one's for the Fellas too! We are talking about our value and you too KINGS hold so much value that should never be discounted for anyone!

Life will always be happening, but it's happening For us.

Ok so what exactly is next? You know after all the healing, growing, evolving...what do we do then?

New year new me....ok ok I know y'all know the phrase, but let's touch on that. Because it's time to stop apologizing for becoming our best selves!
