The American workforce is full of frustrations and can be very depressing at times, especially when it comes to growth. A lot of doors are closed in your face but you have to have faith and understand that those doors were slammed shut because they are not a part of your destiny.

In today's society work ethic is on the decline. Employees are lazy and employers are encouraging it. Every one is looking for the easy way out.

People today feel like everything in the world should be there way and that we should all conform to their way of thinking. The world needs to get back on track spiritually and morally.

Some bridges in our life need to be burned. They are poorly constructed and can’t handle the loads we bare.

Many people use the excuse “Im a product of my environment” when they get into a bind or get caught up. Don’t become a product of your environment. Make your environment a product of you.

It seems like its impossible for people to hold themselves accountable for their own actions these days. Everything is always someone else's fault or responsibility.

People will watch the news and run with the information without fact checking it then spreading the false information on social media. 

Men deal with a lot of mental health issues and they do not seek help due to fear of being emasculated. A lot of men face harassment and abuse but they are always told to suppress their feelings and "man up" in these situations.

The expectations in dating and relationships have gotten ridiculous. Women and men both are chasing perfection and there is no such thing.

We live in a time where everyone feels like they are entitled to everything without having to earn it. Whether it be status, money or education. 

"Pimpin' ain't dead it just moved to the web". There has been a recent increase in young women selling their bodies on social platforms such as only fans and premium snap chat due to the high demand for sexual content from perverts willing to pay for cyber intimacy.

People are rushing into marriages more and more these days for all the wrong reasons.

Success is measured in many different ways but a lot of people's only achievement is life is banking on someone else's success.

Social Media has changed the way we build relationships and interact with people. We have to be aware that not everyone on social media is out friend and that a lot of predators use the platform for their own personal agenda.

Having multiple children for multiple partners can have a negative impact on the children in the long run and also leads to a lot of financial burdens.

Hope everyone is staying safe and making smart decisions during this pandemic. Use this time to elevate your position, get to know yourself and find yourself.

Being a self sufficient man in today's society presents a plethora of complications and headaches when it comes to dating and relationships.

Exercise is very important when it comes to your quality of life. Regular exercise can improve your overall health as well as boost brain function and make you better in bed. As aging men we need to focus more on our health and make sure we are getting the exercise our body needs to function properly and allow us to love longer, healthier lives.

Dating in today's climate can be very expensive and easily put a strain on your financial situation. A lot of women take advantage of men's morals when it comes to who pays the bill on a date and vindictively use them for free meals even though they have no intentions of being romantically involved.

Know your worth and never settle for less than you deserve. Too many people are in unhealthy, unhappy relationships because they can't handle being single and they are settling for mediocrity just to have that title of husband/wife.

There has been a rise in effeminate men over the last few years and it is becoming the norm. Young men are being programmed to suppress their masculinity and ignore their natural male instincts.
