We are Shana and Bridget!  We are two women on a health journey that we want to continue to build on and sustain.  Our goal is to help other people who have lost weight or are in the process and are now looking for guidance on how to maintain it long-term. We bring a light-hearted and relatable conversation to the table, filter-free and real. We want to share what we are learning about keeping a healthy mindset beyond the numbers, finding consistency and balance with all of the curveballs life can throw and how to celebrate the journey with one another.

You finally get to maintenance but you are still letting an app or scale tell you that you are or are not at your "ideal" body fat. What is that anyway? If we are in maintenance, chances are that we are at that healthy body fat but why do we continue to obsess and feel like we need to do more or be better?
