This episode details the reasons leaders are followed - charisma or message, some examples of such leaders - the good and the bad, and corrections to mistakes in following. I talk about the lack of questioning and the lack of self-esteem which leads people to be "waiting for someone to tell them what to believe and what to do" instead of doing it for themselves. 

Curiosity is important for effective leadership. Leaders need to lead forward and not be afraid to inquire, imagine, innovate, and take initiative
