So, the world is filled with low vibrational and low frequency human beings. Racism, Sexism, Classism is like a soccer ball being kicked around without the historical context. Burning books! Denying opportunities! So, you are concerned with where you are going and what you eating on a date? SMFH.

Too many “sheep” with platforms are not feeding young people, particularly young black men what they need to hear. I know no Broken Black Men….Let’s Go!

It is sad to hear young black men still say the goal is to reach 21 years of age or be dead before. I cracked the code and made it to 21, 50 and now 60 years old Standing Tall.

The $1 million dollar question…Would you date a Bus Driver? This question has a much deeper psychological & philosophical meaning. The diaspora will be alright, but quite a few individuals will die alone.

The title says it all! Delivering a Good word to whomever would listen is my Gift. Through the different titles of this podcast/journal it has been my words. But, a conversation inspired the change and it felt right.

The world is being taking over by low vibration, frequency and low intelligence. If you find it difficult to resist the programming you have no one to blame but yourself.

What are SMART goals? The SMART in SMART goals stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. You must apply to your life. It is crucial.

The last 3 years have had ups and downs for many. Some, riding a wave of ups and some not doing so well. It is now 2023…My beliefs and thoughts are in the title.

As I observe what is happening to young men, particularly rappers. As I am observing young men trying to find themselves and become self-actualize. Where is the courage of others?

I took a small vacation from the platform. But, during this time I was just observing the world. You would think 2 years of freedom and health interrupted would bring Grace & Gratitude. But, sadly the chasm between order and disorder is getting wider. It's not Darwin vs. Lamarck....it is artificial and natural selection. Stay out the mud.

The grass is greener on the other side of the mountain and I do not want to hear it is not. If I hear the lie that it is not green again, I will call out the Dogs.

Without optimism and expectations human beings will not change. However, it takes Men who are the limited of the limited to set the tone for this world.

Men have built this world and will take Men to put this world back in order. Look at the world, society and your local community. If you are satisfied Good.... But, if you are not it is time to put things in order.

The last two months have been a challenge for my family, but time waits for no one. So, you get after getting done what needs to be done.

The last three weeks has been one of the most challenging three weeks of my life. My mother has been in the hospital and recovering from a major surgery. However, the lessons she gave me and my brother, taught us how to step up as men no matter the situation. No time for tenderness, just toughness..Yeah

Last year during the height of the pandemic, my wife and son hiked to Mt. Rainier, John Muir Base Camp....It changed both of them mentally, physically and spiritually. I returned with them to Mt. Rainier recently just to the snow fields.....My wife and son are Human Machines on another level.

We can not afford to take time off. Welcoming the tests & challenges..It will make you a man’s man a Outlier. Yeah.

Often there will be inquiries to modify and make changes to your Brand. Additionally, to accept less than the value you deserve.....It is your story and Brand, change on your own terms.

You have to find a way to block, filter and remove the noise. Additionally, you can not participate in the noise. Symbolism matters, however there better be some substance. I am only here to remind brothers who they are or are not.

My written English may not be correct, But, my thought process and ability to interpret the moments is perfect.

On this day my son was born. But, he has blessed me with taking my philosophies and taking them to another level. I never want to be comfortable....and discipline and small wins will be the key. Ten Toes Down.

My children have watch me train, teach and coach health and fitness to others. But, they have also been a witness to my own training and discipline about life. My son has regimen that is just as intense and demanding as mine. So, I ask my son his health, fitness and discipline why?

This date one year ago I was preparing to have the best year....but, a little thing call Covid19 interrupted that plan. Not complaining!! There are families that wished they had there family members back with them. Thank the Higher Powers you get another day.
