Another first! I had the pleasure of visiting Scotland for the 3rd time, and while I was there, I decided to do an episode of Getting Older with two of my favorite people, Christie and Danielle. Hope you enjoy us talking about all things getting older!

Therapy, am I right?! In this week's episode, I discuss my journey with therapy. The ups, downs, and just plain weirdness until I met my current therapist.

This is my first Episode! WTF! I rerecorded it, edited it, and re-recorded it because I didn't like it. Then I realized that if it isn't perfect, that is okay because it will evolve from here, and perfection isn't attainable.
