As a father of four trying to juggle life, rep hockey, a career and still focusing on fitness and wellness. This podcast is simple, honest and speaks to just the daily challenges trying to care for others while still focusing on myself. My struggles with trying to be consistent with fitness and just all around self care while being pulled in multiple directions. It’s about not pulling your hair out during some of the most insane moments life with children brings. Functional Threshold Power is highest average power you can sustain for an hour. Functional Threshold Dad is just to sustain today.
