Anxiety is something most of us deal with. The Bible has something to say about our anxiety and we just need to know, its all about taking one step at a time.

We hold onto what people say about us when they didn't create us. The best step we can take is go to the wood shop and spend time with the Woodcarver who knows you, created you and wants to speak who we are in his eyes, Special.

What if it was possible to walk around and not be affected by the gray dots and gold stars. If we learn to spend time everyday with our creator, truly understanding how he sees us and believe him we will walk around confident in who God says we are not people.

One of the central things we are all trying to figure out is who we are. Gray dots and Gold stars seem silly but if we believe in them too much we are left with a false identity.

A curb is an indicator to let you know that you are getting close to a space that you shouldn't go. We have curbs or bumpers when it comes to our emotions to help keep them in check so we don't always impulsively act on how we feel.

I don't feel like it or I feel like giving up are normal emotions to experience. What would it look like for us to push through those emotions so that even when we don't feel like it we do what honors God.

Feelings are real but aren't always reliable. We have to begin to take a step back and ask why are we feeling what we are feeling.

Have you ever asked yourself how dateable am I? We have to first look inward and build a meaningful connection to God so that we can have a meaningful connection with others.

Singleness brings a lot of questions. Have you ever asked yourself why am I single? Take this season to prepare so when a relationship comes you put in the work.

Its hard to end up happy and married if we don't start single and secure. We have to begin to see our worth by believing and living how God sees us.

The Hall closet may be a small space but it is also a place that we put the personal sins/struggles we don't want anyone to know about. Are you willing to give Jesus the key to unlock the door and clean out your hall closet?

The Bedroom is a room that can be awkward to talk about. The reality is God design us to engage in that level of intimacy within certain parameters, marriage. Going outside of that is losing how it was designed yet still leaves room for the forgiveness if we fall.

Who you have around you will impact you. We need to make sure that our Rec Room is a room that brings God glory through our friends and what we do for fun.

Workroom isn't often a place we talk about but it is a critical room in our house. The workroom is all about being available to use your gifts and talents to serve the kingdom and answer the call God has put on your life.

Our desires/appetites that we strive for often leave us empty. When we let God's desires become our desires we are satisfied.

The mind is the control center. If we are believing the lies our lives will reflect it. Jesus wants to enter the room of our thoughts and transform it so that we believe truth and live Jesus out.

Consistency is putting in time with your friends and knowing that you will be there no matter what. We also need to be consistent in friendships with conflict, knowing that it is safe and we won't quit each other.

We need people that are going to help us get back on track with Jesus when we start to go off course. Accountability is needed in friendship to call us back to who we were meant to be.

An intentional part of deep relationships is transparency. You will only be as close to someone as you are transparent and vulnerable. We want transparency to be a part of our lives and those we surround ourselves with.

We are living in a world where we are the most connected we have ever been yet with fewer connections. Friendships are are going to help carry us through life and we need to first take a look at how we can be a good friend so that we can build good friendships around us.

Faith is the confidence in things hope for and the assurance of things not seen. In order to battle this enemy we need to raise our shield of faith trusting God for who he says he is.

You can't accomplish the right mission with the wrong shoes on. As we engage in this spiritual battle we need to make sure that we have the shoes of the Gospel of Peace on in order to fight against the enemy.

When it comes to this battle, we need to know that there is a battle of our identity. God wants us to know who we are in him while the enemy would much rather make you feel shame and guilt and for you to be known by your sin.

When we think of righteousness we usually have the idea of living right. While this is true, we have to first understand the free gift of righteousness we have been given so we can have a desire to live righteously.

There is a battle we face on a daily basis. We have to be aware of an enemy trying to pull us away from Jesus. The Belt of Truth is the first tool we need to put on in order to fight the enemy.
