Conversations with Mother Earth

Originally recorded October 7th, 2026. Welcome back to another Calling in the Light episode. This week, it felt right to connect with the Caribbean- to share light and learn more about the energetic signature of the region. I received much more than I was expecting! Atlantis! Beneath the calm facade, there is turmoil underneath the waters, deep memories that are surfacing and simultaneous timeline...

Originally recorded on October 7th, 2026. Hello, All! My intention today was to film a Calling in the Light video with the focus on the Caribbean. I did that, but not in this video. In this video, I ended up talking quite extensively about a few things that are top of mind for me right now: Talking with nature and my experience conversing with the Crows Loving myself as I truly am, exactly how I w...

Originally recorded October 1, 2026. I'm taking a quick moment here to share something that has been so deeply on my heart over the last weeks, and months. I imagine so many of you will have this same feeling about something you are going through in your own lives.  How do I say it succinctly? As it currently is, I have outgrown this space. I have outgrown "Conversations with Mother Earth" as I ha...

Originally recorded September 30, 2026 If you are as curious as I am about what this means to co-create with the Divine, then this video is for you. Through meditation, I asked how do we do this and what we need to do this successfully. I received some beautiful feedback for my own co-creation dreams at the moment. I encourage you to try these questions and/or tools in your own practice to find wh...

Starting our session today with a brief recap about how it is all going here. Most specifically where I've been and why I've been away. After a quick reconnect about all that, I shared about what I'm moving towards in terms of my focus for prayer. As things ebb and flow and my interests shift around, for now, I really want to focus on creating through prayer. This process is two steps. Pray with h...

Through visualization, Divine Light, and the nurturing presence of Mother Earth, you'll be guided into a space of peace where the noise of the outside world begins...

Originally recorded July 29, 2026. Have you ever stepped outside and felt like nature was trying to get your attention? In this episode of Conversations with Mother Earth , I share a spontaneous meditation that began after an ordinary neighborhood walk unexpectedly became something extraordinary. The trees, the wind, and the living world carried a playful invitation—one that felt less like instruc...

Originally recorded July 26, 2026.  There are seasons when life feels heavy. We carry too much. We think too much. We forget that simply being here is enough. In this guided meditation, we slow down together and call in radiant Divine Light. We ground ourselves in Mother Earth, breathe light through the body, release the weight we've been carrying, and remember the joyful blueprint we were created...

What if you could have a conversation with one of the Earth's greatest natural wonders? In this episode of Conversations with Mother Earth , I continue my Calling in the Light series by spiritually connecting with Niagara Falls through prayer, meditation, and Divine intention. Though separated by distance, I explore the truth that love, awareness, and connection are never limited by geography. As...

What if nature isn't only receiving our love... but longing to share its own with us? In this fourth episode of Calling in the Light , I travel to the Florida coastline and discovers a beautiful truth while sitting beside the ocean: every part of creation is already participating in an endless exchange of love. As I offer Divine Light to the ocean, the wind, the sand, the dolphins, and the land it...

Originally recorded January 20th, 2026 What if every time you said "yes" to your heart, you became a little more yourself? In Day Three of the Calling in the Light journey, I return to nature on a quiet winter morning to continue anchoring Divine Light into the Earth. As I reflect on the courage it takes to keep showing up, a deeper realization begins to unfold: every act of listening, every momen...

Originally recorded January 8th, 2025 Have you ever wondered what the Earth might say if you truly listened? In Day Two of the Calling in the Light journey, I return to nature to continue anchoring Divine Light into the Earth through prayer, meditation, and loving intention. Surrounded by water, trees, birds, and wind, I receive a beautiful reminder that every part of creation is already participa...

Originally recorded on Sunday, December 28th. What happens when you simply say "yes" to the Divine? In the very first episode of the Calling in the Light series, I begin a 30-day journey of partnering with Divine Light, Mother Earth, and the living world through prayer, meditation, and intention. Standing among the trees, I share the simple grounding practice that became the foundation for an unfo...

What if we've been looking at one of Jesus' most well-known miracles from a different angle? In this reflective meditation, I explore the story of Jesus calming the storm and offer a contemplative question that has been unfolding in my own prayer and meditation practice: What if Jesus wasn't sleeping in the boat... what if He was meditating? Rather than focusing on the miracle itself, this episode...

Welcome to week 3 of my guided meditations! This week's theme is still focusing on groundedness, rootedness, womb and root clearing.    If you find yourself in the thick of it right now (psst I am!), then I recommend taking it slow, turning inward into Oneness. And remember, everything you need is within you. Much love, Maria #spirituality #spiritualgrowth #rootchakra #lighthealing #meditation
