I’ve decided 2026 is the year I’m going to get mega fit, strong and flexible. I tried my first dead hangs this weekend and think this is something I want to work on this year. My first tries were about 2 minutes. I defo could have hit 2 mins if I had seen a timer for the extra push lol. Will try and increase this next time. What’s everyone’s record at dead hang? So I can virtually try and compete...

I think this is about my 3 Rd month of hoop now and I signed up for a few workshops as an adult beginner. I think this is the prettiest moves I’ve done so far on the hoop.

On the cruise I have been working on my contortion Handstand and walk over, I finally managed one way without the box but not yet managed to flip back

I absolutely love my little window feeding box. It keeps me and my cat entertained but it’s high enough to be safe 😃

Since my pole class ended I’ve not found a new one yet but I gave Ariel hoop a go. I am a bit afraid of heights so expected to not like it as much but I loooove it, here are a few moves from my first class. Looking forward to improving
