Since moving to the current red state, many trials have come and gone, involving my family, but ultimately my marriage. This is the story of my relapse.

Relapse is not a quick run or a one time event. It is a long journey of committing to avoid the downfall of our lives into the point of no return. I hope sharing my recent relapse will help others prevent from relapsing in their recovery or to encourage to keep going.

Balancing my personal life the last several weeks has been more than crazy. Even when there's been little good things, I was slowly losing control and hope to stay on the narrow path God has laid before me. In the darkness of turbulence and temptations, I drifted from Him.
