Nashville is always a fun time, but add a bachelorette party to it and it gets exponentially more fun!! From the pedal pub to spinning the wheel to dancing in the streets, it was quite the 24 hour trip!

King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard America Tour 2024 has been incredible!! The Sundkids hit Gizztember hard starting with Chicago then STL then the Gorge!! Pumped for the Arkansas show in November. With their musical talent, incredible repertoire, high energy vibes, and awesome weirdo swarm fans, I wish I could see them over and over and over again. Every show I left in awe and full of inspiration...

Semuc Champey is a hidden gem within the jungle of Guatemala. Our excellent tour guide, jungle boy, took us on an adventure through the bat caves, tubing down the river, jumping off a 10 m high rock, hiking to see the overlook, and more. It's quite the long bus ride, but it was totally worth it!

Night bus to Flores was a dream, and Tikal was incredible. Pyramids already blow my mind, but to hear the sound of a Quetzal when you clap in front of the largest pyramid is insane!!

Hiking Volcan Acatenango near Antigua in Guatemala is quite the experience. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Was it rough? Definitely. Would I do it again? Nope. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking adventure and a challenge!

Does anyone else match the general vibe of other people? Customer service people I'm looking at you. It's hard to be at the front of a coffee shop being a chameleon to everyone's vibes and energies. I start off strong and it's up to you, the customer, to respond. It's a ping pong match of conversational energy. Throw in a grump or an accent and I'm all over the place.

Have you ever had Chiropractic work done? Oof it's amazing! A little snap, crackle, and pop can make a huge difference. Highly recommend!

I love to sleep, alot. With four pillows, a nightguard, and an eye mask, I'm ready to drift into the abyss. But why don't I dream? Why do I twirl all night long? What the heck am I doing in my sleep?

As a woman, I feel like I'm still learning more about my body. We don't talk about periods, bodily functions, birth, and so much more. We shouldn't have to go into these experiences blind. Our bodies do incredible things and are made up of pure magic. That's something to be proud of!

Calling all swimmers!! Please tell me you also pee in the pool... You may not want to, but your body knows the drill. And to master a flip turn pee....what an accomplishment! Swimmers are cool and weird, and I'm proud to have been one.

Lifeguard skills came in handy this week. Not only did I have to worry about slinging espresso shots, but also about saving customer lives. Stay safe people!

Peace Corps Costa Rica was an incredible time in my life. I especially learned that there is no kleenex and blowing your nose isn't really a thing. Blowing up the bathroom is buttttt you don't comment on it. I feel like the whole community heard me blow my nose....
