Calli shares insights on their musical upbringing, starting music at a very young age with their familial talents. Today I'm joined by LJ Pape (AKA Paleheap), local New Paltz Indie Rock musician. They describe the importance of music and mental health, how this has played a role in their musical journey so far and being authentically themself as an artist. As well as how music plays a role in understanding our identities in many aspects.

Today I am joined by local New Paltz musician and creative, Roan Zen Martin. Roan gives insight into his own musical realm, describing his 2022 single "The Fool" and telling us more about this story he has created himself. Roan details his personal journey as an artist and what that actually means in our world today.
