Meditations of a Masculine Man with Andruw Penera Behind The Pecs is a podcast that examines the traits, habits, and mindset that make up the ideal masculine man. I'm a dude in my late-20's that has tried many things from animation, nursing, and the military among others. I'm an ordinary guy, who has lived an ordinary life, but with extra-ordinary ambitions. We will look at the obstacles and insecurities that keep me from self-improvement. What is the ideal man and how do I get there? Join me along the adventure, as we learn what it means to "be a man". Some weeks we will have guests, like life-coaches, college professors, and personal trainers. On other weeks, we will do a little bit of introspection and talk about life. I like to go to the gym, watch movies, hike, and draw. We might dip into a little bit of conservative politics and Christianity here and there, but all are welcome to listen in.
