Preface

On the last episode I talked about how I experienced a spiritual awakening and all the gifts that bestowed unto me. Now that we have turned a corner and have ushered in 2021 - I feel I have hit a wall. I am unwell, unmotivated and feel COVID heavy. If you want to know what that means you will have to take a listen.

When we went into lockdown in March 2020 I didn’t expect it to be the catalyst to a spiritual awakening. I grappled with leaving the organization I founded, how best to take care of my son and how to let go of toxic relationships. This podcast is about the light within the darkness.

Why a podcast? Why not? My creative brain has brought me to this place. A lover of content creation - after years of posting on social media, writing a blog and making Vlog’s I thought podcasting would help me find my voice. I hope you will join me in this new chapter.
