Voices Across the Border aims to create empathy and understanding for individuals and communities impacted by immigration and border issues. By centering the voices of those directly affected, students will gain a more nuanced and compassionate view of these issues. Through hearing these stories, students will develop critical thinking and conflict resolution skills that will allow them to engage in constructive conversations about these issues and create positive change.
