Congrats to the Biden/Harris team. I am saying the same message I've always preached...if you hinge your mental and spiritual health on who's in that president seat then you have become a victim of group think. Tune in to get my point of view.

This is disgusting to me. There are people in this country who don't believe this still exist. I hope the business goes under and that community does something to ensure people don't go there any more. No violence but a protest and boycott that his business will fell forever. Nike I'm demanding you step up! 

It's a somber thing. I felt crushed when I read the news. I can only imagine the  hurt and pain she and her kids and family are going thru. What happened was so bizarre and it made me sit and reflect about my mortality.  Also go check out the "WHAT ARE YOU BRINGING TO THE TABLE" podcast. I got to spend some time with them last night and had some great conversation. 

Don't act weird....Just say Hi.  Treat me like you treat everyone else. 

There must be a balance with this. I agree Body Shaming is bad, but tune in to this episode to see why even encouraging someone to embrace it can be harmful.

Not much to say. Completely ridiculous

This is the age of cancel culture and protest. This weekend I really pondered on if attending a counter-protest or rally is even worth it. 

Two LA County Sheriff deputies were ambushed by a lone gunman while sitting in their patrol car. In this episode the only thing I would like to drive home if for both polarizing sides to reflect on their insensitivities and change it.

This is something I always wanted to talk about because I hear it so often. In my opinion and experience, its not effective and it explains nothing.  I encourage you to stop doing it. The pandemic has devastated our economy and small business owners. There was a point of contention when many business owners fought to open their businesses back up. Some people demonized them. Tune in and hear my perspective on this issue.

This show is very selfish. Its a rebuttal and answer to those who told me to shut up about the corona virus. They told me I wasn't an expert which I am not. But somehow now they telling me that they don't wanna listen to the experts. ok.....lets see what happens.

I just wish everyone would be treated equally when expressing their first amendment right. Truth is they can say whatever they want. However, if it doesn't fit the narrative of the complainer then its a problem. This happens on the Right and the Left. Its very sickening. 

We mark our anniversary today and as is sit on beach front property on the central coast of Oregon I contemplate our creator and the oneness of all creation!

I absolutely loved this and I am waiting for the Captain America and right wing media is  about to go after them. I am hoping that some female celebrities will endorse them and share their message.  They have that right too. 

The national media is controlling the narrative of what's going on in Portland. The media is making folks believe that the entire city is on fire and its not true. I am asking that everyone leaves the federal courthouse immediately and go in front of city hall and get the momentum back on the issues that started all of this. We are gaining nothing for black lives from facing off with federal offic...

Folks don't fall for it. If you don't live in Portland you would think that the entire city is on fire. You would think that citizens are in so much danger that the president needs to send in the military. However, that is not the case. Pay close attention to the narrative in the national news. If you start to hear that there is a state of emergency......don't believe it.
