We discuss Gentrification and the essence of Portland City politics that has been stapled itself as a barrier to true progress for people of color living in this dying city.

This story is extremely heartbreaking. I try to understand why some people dig in and defend this kind of stuff. I'm not sure if I ever find any real answers. This incident took place in Rochester, NY this past week. I pray that this young girl finds some healing. Tune in for more!

As much as I am on social media, I never realized why ppl around me were so stressed out and afraid of what was going on in social media. I never played into the back and forth in the comment sections of threads, but after reading some on a post last night I can now see why social media is so toxic. 

I reflect and think about a lot of things. This is usually one of them. I'm back after being away from podcasting for a month, but after some spiritual success I thought I would come back and start back off with something reflective.
