While the global spotlight shines on nuclear threats from Iran and North Korea, one state's arsenal remains shrouded in secrecy: Israel. With an estimated 80–400 nuclear warheads and a long history of military aggression and immoral behaviour, Israel has never signed the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT)—and yet it receives virtually no international scrutiny but plenty of aid and diplomatic cover.

All societies must look back at their past with a critical eye. To accept that at some points along their histories there were inappropriate, immoral and even evil acts of injustice towards others. In the case of Israel, no action, especially immoral and evil acts, are even held to account. On the contrary, these acts are blessed and held high not as acts of terror but only as acts of resistance.
