An old library is filled with laughter and excitement as a conference for higher education professionals takes place. In the midst of successful presentations and networking, fatigue and anxiety begin to set in. Very unexpectedly, a mailman comes to the aid of a difficult day as he shares his good nature and music with those around him.

Physical and mental health were becoming increasingly difficult to deal with after an entire month of my life had been snatched by decimating chronic illness symptoms. Learning to cope with that, and to find happiness, became a process that began by opening a door.
