Why This Exists I wanted to provide a welcoming, practical, and supportive environment for parents and caregivers of children with disabilities, neurodivergence, IEPs, 504 Plans, and additional support needs. Because caregiving can be isolating. Because finding resources can feel overwhelming. Because many of us carry invisible responsibilities that few people see. Starting a caregiver support group was an idea that came from me feeling like I was invisible. Like I wasn't enough and I wasn't contributing . I was overwhelmed, I felt lost, isolated, and like I was falling behind in everything! I knew I wasn't the only one who could feel like this.
