Clifford Chiu is a Senior Advisor at Vista Equity Partners and has been recognized as one of the top 50 outstanding Asian Americans in business. He previously held significant roles at JP Morgan, KKR, and Salomon Smith Barney. Stephen Scherr is currently the Co-President of Pretium. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Goldman Sachs and as Chief Executive Officer of Hertz. Mr. Scherr earned his bachelor’s degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.

Dan Krasner is currently a managing director at Platinum Equity and has been with them since 2003. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California San Diego and his Juris Doctor degree from Cornell University Law School.
