In this episode, I chose to write a letter to my twin to express feelings I never got to say to her while she was here.

Seven represents a lot of different things for me this year, hence the title of episode two. As I approach my sister's seventh Angel Day, I reflect on the different stages of emotions and grief that I've experienced over the last seven years. This episode was a pretty tough one to record, and I think it shows the longer you listen.

In this episode, I talk about how religion can be a rollercoaster of trials and tribulations as a young adult navigating life. I conclude this episode by identifying my faith and religious philosophy.
NOP: Home 23.09.2023 26:48
Home is typically described as a place that we live. Maybe where you grew up or where you currently live. Home may serve a different purpose for many different people. NOP: Mental Health, Let's Talk About It 15.09.2023 16:09
Whether we acknowledge it or not, we all have mental health. It is something that we must maintain just as closely as physical health; however, we often fail to discuss it.
