On 10/9/2016 my mother Diana Hart was brutally stabbed and left for dead in the basement of her own home while her mentally disabled daughter slept upstairs. Till this day the Darby Police Department has no leads and can only say we are waiting for someone to "Mess Up." 5yrs later and still nothing. Just another Black Woman and we already know Black Women don't matter.
