In light of Men's Mental Health Month, had the pleasure of having my first open podcast episode where men joined and gave their reflection of therapy on themselves, the community, and others. I believe therapy is what we all need to help us become a better version of who we are always meant to be.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Brother Jabril Muhammad, funny thing is this was our first convo and felt like we knew each other for decades. We discuss marriage, his love for engineering and how he is powering the science to our communities. I loved ever moment of this experience and look forward to more conversations. Chris like myself leaped faith and found himself grounded down south after living in Philly his whole life. This man is the definition of what it means to be a MelaninDad.
