In this week's episode, the boys talk about a cheaper alternative to chamois cream, Enzo gives an update on his Onirii cable pull hydraulic brakes and Bob has a little tangle with the law.

So Bob, who now lives in Scotland tells us about competing in a mountain bike race with zero preparation and Enzo has bought an upgrade to his old school cable pull disc brakes. But are they any good?

So, after a bit of a hiatus, Enzo and Bob return with more cycle related chat and talk about what to expect over the months ahead.

Bob and Enzo have finally bought an old bike each, one from the 1980s and one with magic gear changes. Enzo quizzes Bob on his knowledge of bike brands and Bob races his tandem up a hill.

Bob and Enzo are back chatting about their love of cycling. Sounds like both could be about to buy new bikes, but it's not what you might think. They discuss things that might not be known about the miracle fabric that is Merino wool and Enzo tells Bob that he is about to go meet Napoleon Bonaparte!

Bob and Enzo return to talk all things bicycles. Enzo tells Bob how he swerved a recent cycle event. Bob wonders if a return to 26inch mountain bike wheels would be a good thing and the pals both have a set of clip on aero bars, which will turn them into TT champs. Probably.

In this latest episode of the Just Riding About podcast, Bob reveals all about a new bike purchase. Enzo is quizzed on his knowledge of bottle cages and the boys discuss the benefits, or not, of trying to look good on your bike.

The two pals talk cycling once more, though one of them is slightly bruised and battered after a tumble. Bob offers a couple of ideas for beating the cold and Enzo chips in with one sure fire way of keeping warm on your bike. Both are quite disillusioned with electronic groupsets and wonder what all the fuss is about.

Both Bob and Enzo have some impending cycle events but preparations aren't going quite to plan.  The pals also discuss the state of their tyres and the roads during this time of the year.

In this episode, Enzo laments the decline of rim brakes and Bob wonders if there is a need for specialist cycle cleaning tools, despite having a cupboard full!

The boys meet up one more time this year to discuss how they'd spend a £50 eBay voucher for Christmas.  They also reveal the contents of their cycling saddle bags with some quite surprising results.

The boys return and discuss what to wear on your bike for a changeable autumn day. Bob recounts his tandem hill climb event which almost ended in disaster and tells us about one piece of cycling equipment he just can't do without.

On the latest cycling pod, the two pals discuss the benefits of not going tubeless, as Enzo discovers, allegedly, a better way.  Bob is the proud owner of a new bike and has instantly become enamoured with it.   

Finally the Just Riding About boys return after a summer break.  They chat about meeting up and doing their mountain bike weekend bike pack.  Enzo also discusses his first ride on his gravel bike and Bob struggles to contain his enthusiasm as the Tour of Britain is set to come to his door step.

The lads are back with another episode of cycle chat. Enzo cycled a 100 mile sportive on closed roads and  also has a new dual purpose bike. Could it be a graveler? Bob has been hitting break neck speeds on his tandem which may or may not have helped him in his first time trial since his last one, when he was just 16 years old!

The boys return and discuss Enzo's first ever time trial event, which didn't quite go to plan.  Bob manages to find a rare chainset on eBay for his trusty Cannondale Quick and the pair discuss, amongst lots of other things, the potential comfiness of carbon on your bike.

The boys are back talking about their cycling woes. Enzo has found a way of seeing his cycle GPS units after years of squinting and Bob tries to buy a cyclocross bike from Ebay with little success.  But that's probably not a bad thing!

The boys are back after an enforced break to talk about the pros and cons of trying to set your tyres up tubeless.  Enzo still isn't convinced about buying a gravel bike though Bob really thinks he should. And Bob has also come to the conclusion that sometimes it's best to leave your bike as nature intended.

The two pals are back for a new season of cycle chat.  In the latest episode, Bob gives Enzo some advice on keeping his toes warm as well as a quick run down on some new kit he has.  Enzo reveals his latest bike lock gadget and an often forgotten cheap cycle tool that everyone should carry with them.

In the last pod of 2021 the boys discuss what they would want from Ebay Santa to unwrap from under the tree.   Why buy new when there are lots of previously loved items out there ready for a new home.  And who doesn't like getting bike stuff for Christmas!!

This week Enzo quizzes Bob about some road riding do's and dont's.  Bob is intrigued by his new biodegradable chain lube and ponders what his next bike might be. The two pals also talk about the ups and downs of using your mountain bike on the road.

The boys are back and this week Enzo talks about his new smart indoor trainer.  Bob gives us his views on his new Garmin Varia radar system after biting the bullet and buying the gadget.  Bob also tells us about a couple of events he's taken part in, including a hill climb...on his tandem!

In the latest episode of the cycling podcast Bob and Enzo look at how they clean their bike chains, which definitely doesn't involve soaking it in petrol! Bob is keen to get himself a cycle radar system and Enzo explains what it was like to cycle around the Silverstone F1 track.  The two pals also talk about whether or not they would replace a tyre that had some cuts in it.

Bob tells Enzo all about tandems as the pair discuss a bit of a tandem bike renaissance that's been going on of late.  Enzo also lets slip that he might be about to cycle around one of the world's most famous Formula 1 racetracks.

The boys undertake their first century or 100 mile bike ride and talk about the highs and lows of preparing and completing it. Enzo also tells Bob about a new style of clipless pedal system from Bythlon, specifically designed for people who don't like to be attached to their pedals!
