Help! We Started A Podcast!

Life doesn’t come with instructions, but it definitely comes with regrets, awkward moments, and a whole lot of “Did that really just happen?” So, we started a podcast — not because we have it all figured out, but because we don’t. Here, we talk about the stuff that keeps you up at night and the thoughts you laugh at by morning. Dreams, failures, what-ifs, and the occasional overshare — nothing’s off-limits. Think of it as a heart-to-heart with friends who won’t judge (but might laugh a little).

Undas is a family reunion with candles, pancit, and relatives who somehow know your entire business. But beneath the cemetery visits and familiar traditions lies a reminder we’d rather avoid: life is temporary, and none of us gets to control how we’ll be remembered. In this November 1 special, we look at the strange ways Filipinos gather around death, the people we only learn to appreciate when th...

Eyes Wide Shut 24.10.2026

We spend so much time looking at life that we forget to actually see it. The people we think we know, the moments we take for granted, and the things happening right in front of us can hold an entirely different meaning when we finally pay attention. The ’90s Called. We Looked Ridiculous. 21.10.2026

Remember when a Tamagotchi was a responsibility, Eurodance ruled the speakers, and spending an entire Saturday at the mall counted as having plans? Judge Ryan revisits the gadgets, music, fashion, and barkada adventures of a time when we thought we were cool. And s...

Rules for Thee, Exceptions for Me 17.10.2026

Hypocrisy, double standards, and the Olympic-level mental gymnastics we perform to justify our own behavior. Why is confidence attractive in one person but arrogance in another? Why does a man's romantic history earn him a high-five while a woman's earns her a label? And why do our principles suddenly need a terms-and-conditions page when we're the ones breaking them? This episode is a...

Everybody's Alive, Nobody's Checking In 13.10.2026

We're all connected, constantly online, and somehow still terrible at checking on each other. From friendships that quietly fade into social media surveillance to messages that get seen but never answered, Judge Ryan talks about adult loneliness, the awkwardness of reaching out, and learning to take care of yourself without pretending you don't need anybody. Because sometimes, the hardest...

One Day, I'll Have More to Give 12.10.2026

“One day, you’ll become so financially stable that God will use your pockets to bless others.” It’s an inspiring thought, until helping someone else starts competing with your rent, groceries, and electricity bill. This episode explores generosity, financial stability, and the pressure to be there for others even when your own budget is stretched thin. Because you can care about people, lend a han...

The Comparison Treadmill 11.10.2026

We scroll, we compare, and suddenly our own lives don't look so great anymore. In this episode, we talk about the comparison treadmill, the pressure to be further along, and the blessings we overlook while looking at what everyone else has. Sometimes, the problem isn't that we're missing everything. It's that we're too busy looking elsewhere to notice what we already have.

Maybe I’m Done Looking 06.10.2026

What happens when you stop treating romance like a full-time job? Ryan talks about dating, validation, the need to be chosen, and what we might discover when we finally stop chasing—and start paying attention to the life we're already living.

Goodbyes, Reunions, and the Fear of ‘Pag-uwi Natin 03.10.2026

Filipino goodbyes take forever, simple gatherings somehow become reunions, and Filipino parents can turn four words into a full-blown threat. Ryan and Mara talk about the wonderfully chaotic traditions, habits, and family moments that make Filipino life so uniquely Filipino.

I Just Don't Know What To Do With It 30.09.2026

She knows he likes her. She knows what he wants. And she also knows that sometimes, the smallest things she does might be enough to keep him hoping. This is what it feels like to care about someone while being painfully aware that you may be giving them just enough mixed signals to make letting go harder.

You Knew. You Just Didn't Want to Know. 28.09.2026

Sometimes you're not confused. You're just negotiating with an answer you already have. This episode is about the signs we notice, the evidence we explain away, and the uncomfortable moment when your own behavior admits what your mouth refuses to say.

Heartbreak Is Just a Toothache With Better Music 27.09.2026

Sometimes the signs aren't mixed. We just really, really want them to be. A brutally honest look at effort, attraction, chasing, and knowing when you're carrying the whole damn thing.

The People We Never Got Closure From 25.09.2026

Some people leave with a goodbye. Others just… stop showing up. In this episode, we talk about the people, conversations, friendships, and almost-relationships that ended without explanations—and why our brains keep trying to finish stories that never got an ending. Because sometimes, closure isn't getting the answer. Sometimes it's finally deciding you can live without one.

Social Battery: 1% 20.09.2026

Sometimes you love your friends. You just don't want to see them. This episode is about social batteries, introversion, exhaustion, small talk, group chats, and the strange adult luxury of wanting everyone to leave you alone. Because sometimes you don't need more people. You need Do Not Disturb.

Halina’t Saktan Natin Ang Mga Sarili Natin. 20.09.2026

Some songs sound romantic until you actually listen to what they’re saying. This episode, we take apart the lyrics, the longing, the hope, the what-ifs, and the emotional damage hiding underneath songs we thought we knew. Basically, we’re here to overthink music so you don’t have to.

Elementary Was Wild 19.09.2026

We had teacher's pets, baon politics, terror teachers, first crushes, classroom drama, and the kid who always asked, “May extra ka?” Looking back, elementary school was basically our first exposure to society—we just didn't know it yet.

She Replies. Calm Down. 18.09.2026

What does it actually mean when a woman is responsive? Is she interested, simply being nice, or are you once again turning a “haha” into a five-year relationship forecast? Judge Ryan talks about responsiveness, reciprocity, listening, disagreement, and clear communication—and why sometimes, a reply is just a reply.
