As far as i could investigate it, there wasnt anything like a Lado label mix ever done (if you know of another one, please point me to it), so this one's been a project a long time in the pipeline. Ladomat is probably THE german house/techno label i have almost the most records from in my collection (surpassed maybe only by heavyweights Force Inc. and Plastic City), its been an itching in the back...

Estimuloshow relocated to home office at short notice due to a sudden fever breakout for this one. Atmospheric and ethereal techno accompanies some more bouncy tech housy bits as well as some more experimental joints bordering on late 90s IDM sprinkled in for a good blend. This show originally aired on Cashmere Radio. For more info, the tracklist or other episodes visit the show's archive at https...

https://soundcloud.com/diskevich Happy new year everyone! We've been following Denys AKA diskevich from Kyiv, Ukraine and his mixes output for quite a bit here so we are happy to be able to present a fresh mix he's done exclusively for our ongoing guest mix series. In his own words, his selections have a rhythmic quality of music that is emotionally communicative and soulful. "I suppose my music t...

EstimuloShow presents a journey into the dub house and minimal techno sound of the late 90s and early 2000s, including some pre-cursors as well as later reincarnations of the sound. Starting it out nice and festive on a contemplative trip and getting closer to more club-floor friendly territory as time passes.

Cristian Trincado is one of the early pioneers of the Argentinian House scene. Since the 90s when the scene started he's been playing clubs in his country as well as abroad. My first gig ever on argentinian soil was with and thanks to him, in his residency in Avant Garten. So it's a big pleasure to be able to present this EstimuloShow Guest session in which he mixes up deep house with tribal and a...

https://soundcloud.com/lucasfester Hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina, I first met Lucas when we played together at a rave at Beirut Bar in Tandil (Argentina). We were pretty much on the same wavelength music-wise which ended up in an hours long back to back session at said event. That being said, when i invited him for a guest mix for my page, he delivered exactly what i was looking for for the...

When i was living in Neukoelln i ran my own little pirate station for the neighborhood for some time, usually on saturday night and sometimes the whole sunday too. Lately when i was browsing my attic for old CDs i found this burned CD-R with some sets from those sessions. Here's one from June 2002, pretty much exactly 20 years ago. A nice snapshot of the sound of the time i may add. At this time t...

A subjective selection of some of my Cologne faves from the 90s and very early 00s. If you ask why is label X or artist Y not in here.... There is just way too much to include in a 2 hours session and this is just a tip of an iceberg, really. Might do a 2nd part time allowing, might not :) Anyway i hope you enjoy my little trip along the rhine and down memory lane as much as i did!
