There are only a few (original) Berlin house and techno labels and producers who have been around since the nineties and who can justifiably be described as still relevant and active - even in an international context - and certainly as something of a legend. Basic Channel and their ilk are certainly among them, as is CABINET RECORDS - and Daniel Paul from Cabinet (and Cab Drivers) is my guest tod...

Next mix in the ongoing guest mix series is coming courtesy of Orbit ( @orbitdj ) out of Kyiv, Ukraine and is a slightly different vibe to our normal guest mix fare and this is a good thing hey, variety! After the first listen i was wondering about a few track IDs already and thats always a good sign. Apart from working as a DJ and producer, Denys Sadchykov aka Orbit has founded three record label...

Its been a while since I did one of those, i think it might have been 2003, so this would make it the 20th anniversary now haha. Funny how time flies. Raiding the vaults once more, following up in the tradition of my bleepy mixes - but with the occasional hoover and tinkely piano escapade, this time it's the - not solely but mostly - favourite UK Hardcore outings of the years 90 to 92 (may contain traces of newer releases if they fit!) - may also contain traces of continental european productions for a good blend! Definitely not a relaxing journ...

Timo and I met first online in the times of the early ADSL era in the beginning 00s. Back then he was already running (and still is!) the influential deep house mix page DeepRhythms.com that nobody only remotely interested in electronic music wouldnt be aware of in these days (Note: there were maybe a handful such pages online, Discogs was in version 0.1 and social media madness wasnt even on the...

https://soundcloud.com/alex-pastor Special guest Alex Pastor came to the Marla Records x EstimuloShow instore session in June, and this is the recording of Alex' and my part. Roughly the first 1 h 50 min by myself, then Alex, then a bit of everyone in the end. We hope you enjoy!

Next up on the EstimuloShow guest mix series i have the pleasure to present Myles Mac from Melbourne, record digger, DJ, event host, and probably well known to most of you for running the long standing, influential podcast series "Melbourne Deepcast". For us he put together a selection of mainly 90s digs and nugs, that will keep you asking "wow, whats that" and sharking for IDs, we're sure. Enjoy!...
