Designed To Grow

I have always been interested in the "how" and "why" some people have been able to achieve amazing personal and professional success. After finishing my Master's degree in Teaching I wanted to pursue my curiosity further. With this podcast I am going to talk to and learn from the founders of companies and leaders in their own profession. We will discuss how they got started and what they had to learn to get to where they are today. The premise of this podcast is to show that everyone is capable of learning and that everyone is Designed to Grow.
