Oh boy, here we go, starting my foray into the Xbox 360 era with a Bethesda Softworks game. This is a mixed feelings sort of game for me, and not the best way to start off their catalogue. The Elder Scroll IV: Oblivion, we need to talk...

My one and only Dreamcast game is a Resident Evil offshoot title starring the Redfield siblings and the biggest cast of whiny jerks one could never hope to run into. This one also introduces a new segment to the podcast: the Problematic Favorite. I enjoyed it, but at what cost?

My thoughts on Hunter: the Reckoning. Once again I return to the World of Darkness RPG setting to discuss a Xbox title that was ported to the Nintendo Gamecube and which I bought out of a literal bargain bin. Does it hold up? Does it matter? Did you ever wonder what Gauntlet would play like if mall goths made it? Find out this episode!

My thoughts on Gun on the Nintendo Gamecube. Can a roster of Hollywood acting talent save this Grand Theft Auto clone from itself? Who knows? It certainly got here before Red Dead Redemption , so that's a thing. And with more controversy too.

My thoughts on the wonderful Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door on Nintendo Gamecube. This may be the one of the only Mario games I talk about, so let's-a go!

My thoughts on The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker on Nintendo Gamecube. "Toon" Link or GTFO, Zelda fam!

My thoughts on another one of the greatest games of all time, Resident Evil 4, on the system where it debuted, the Nintendo Gamecube. Leon's back and as lovably dense as ever, touring rural Spain with shotgun in hand.

Welcome to Season 3, everyone!

My thoughts on another D&D licensed game from back in 1995! This is a first-person old school dungeon crawler. There are many like it, but this is one I played. Plus, the villain is a mummy, so yay fantasy diversity!

My thoughts on a PS2 title that is the middle game of a trilogy that was split over three different consoles and based on an non- D&D tabletop property. This should be fun to explain!

My thoughts on Onimusha: Warlords. I was told it was Resident Evil with swords, but that does very little to describe about how fun this samurai tale was.

My thoughts on The Suffering, a PlayStation 2 action horror title that takes places on the worst island in American history, as if being a prisoner in the penitentiary there wasn't bad enough.

A survival horror title like no other, more frightening than any Resident Evil or Silent Hill title ever could be, designed to make you the player feel genuinely awful. Manhunt, we need to talk...

My thoughts on one of the flagship games of the Rockstar stable, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Come for the irreverence, stay for the 1990s history lesson, leave with colors and a gunshot wound.

My thoughts on Forgotten Realms: Demon Stone of PlayStation 2. For a licensed title, this hybrid beat 'em up/rpg works like it is supposed to, with star power behind it to boot.

On the way to what could have been beat 'em up Heaven we were instead taken through cut scene Hell. The Bouncer, we need to talk...

My thoughts on Red Dead Revolver on the PlayStation 2. Saddle up, cowpokes, 'cause Revolver explains why we needed Redemption not once, but twice!

My thoughts on the digital watercolor ink beauty that is Okami on PlayStation 2. Come for the white wolf, stay for the mythology and joke characters!

Spoiler warning, trigger warning, content warning, all the warnings. I discuss a game believed by many to be the greatest survival horror game of all time and why I completely disagree with that thought. Also, you will learn a little too much about me. Silent Hill 2, we need to talk...

My thoughts on Silent Hill on the PlayStation 1. Monster as metaphor is the enemy of the day in Small Town U.S.A. as our "everyman" soon discovers, and the landscape of games changed forever.

My thoughts on Dino Crisis for the PlayStation 1. Survival horror featuring special forces versus dinosaurs. Man, it's just like that movie!

My thoughts on Tenchu: Stealth Assassins on the PlayStation 1. The real king of stealth action console games, unlike some other Snake-centric games I could mention...

My thoughts on Star Ocean: The Second Story on the PlayStation 1. You, too, can experience Star Trek through the JRPG lens!

My thoughts on the last good, and certainly most gonzo, Final Fantasy game. A princess and war tale like no other.

It's time to talk about one of the most famous JRPGs of all time. My thoughts on the beloved, the sometimes divisive, the always entertaining Final Fantasy VII. Get your spiky hair and massive swords ready!
